It's Fall Fair Time

While most people think of fall fairs as places with farm equipment, agricultural displays, prized animals, rides and great food, we genealogists tend to enjoy fairs of a different kind. Fall Fair season is underway for genealogy as well. Here are two upcoming Genealogy Fairs that are not to be missed:

The first is Norfolklore - the oldest genealogy fair with vendors from across southern and central Ontario. Norfolklore XXXV is being held on Saturday September 24th at the Simcoe Seniors Centre. Admission is $5 and this includes admission to the Eva Brook Donly Museum & Archives as well.

The second Genealogy Fair in the area is the brand new Kitchener Public Library Genealogy Fair being held on Saturday October 29th in the rotunda at Kitchener City Hall. In addition to vendors from across the province, there will also be free workshops and door prizes. A can't miss opportunity to get ahead with your research.

Hope to see you at the Fair!!
